Mezzanine Floors

A Mezzanine Floor will make the most of all your interior space – all your building needs is sufficient headroom, and the requirement for more storage – further work stations – or increased office accommodation. A simple mezzanine floor is more likely to be the most cost effective and least disruptive solution to any organisations problems of expansion. Think upwards, not outwards, taking on the unit next door can be extremely costly, and moving can be extremely disruptive.

Mezzanine Floors

Our Mezzanine Floors are specifically designed to stand alone with or without mezzanine floor staircases, meaning in fact just what it says, they are not fixed to, or supported by any internal or external walls, just bolted down to the floor. Therefore no damage to the fabric of your building, a huge plus.

There is no such thing as an “off the peg” Mezzanine, they are specifically designed mezzanine floors which are truly bespoke with staircases included where required. This is necessary to meet each customers very exacting and completely unique requirements.

Examples of a Mezzanine Floor

To illustrate this, we have been asked to build a floor In London around the outside of a circular diving tank, which was some 15 feet high, and 25 feet in diameter.

On numerous other occasions, we have been requested to build multi level floors, in Birmingham and throughout the UK, with differing levels on what should have been a single height structure. We think anything is possible, as long as we can construct to all relevant British Standards and all current Building Regulation Legislation, all our floors are manufactured to Building Regulation Certification Standard and will achieve approval upon completion.

We are sometimes asked to give an indication of a square metre price, the “rule of thumb” answer is, the smaller the floor the larger the square metre price, therefore the larger it is the cheaper the price. Just to prove that wrong, we built a floor a quarter of a mile long (but not very wide) which did not support the theory of large is cheap. That is why we are quite prepared and pleased to quote you on your specific requirements each time.
